Charli began working for a local real estate brokerage in 2019, working as a transaction coordinator assisting on every type of transaction from new builds, to rental properties and everything in between. Education and community involvement quickly became strong passions for Charli as she took on more roles with the brokerage. By 2021, Charli was given the additional title of Office manager and began using her position to expand her community outreach to other agents with the brokerage. From volunteering with local events, to beach clean-ups, Charli quickly fell in love with the idea of not only giving back but also inspiring other to give back to the community of SW Florida that we all adore. After obtaining her real estate license, she plans to continue to think of creative ways to help the residents and soon-to-be residents of this community with all housing needs.  Charli recognizes that hard work, honesty, and great communication are not only important but necessary for any type of successful transaction. Her years of experience working with Realtors, attending trainings, and making valuable connections with local vendors, have prepared her to offer exceptional service to her future clients. Charli is ready to use her strengths to help others make their housing dreams come true in Southwest Florida. In her free time she can be found volunteering with a local organization, kayaking down Estero river, or hanging out at the park with her yellow labrador Cash.
