Yes, after years of working with local service providers in SW Florida, I have made many valuable local connections. I am always happy to offer recommendations to trustworthy service providers from pest control to lenders and anywhere in between.

Are there any upfront costs for assistance?

No, there will never be a charge for asking for assistance. I am always happy to help with anything I can at no cost to you. The only time there would be a charge is if we have an official closing. NOTE: In Lee county, sellers usually pay commissions so there is usually no charge for a buyer to be represented.
